Have a USB Flash Drive?

A Centennial Software study found that 66% of owners of USB Flash/thumbdrives report losing them. Additionally 60% of those reporting loss say that the drive stored private data.

Here are simple solutions to protect the data on the lost media:

1. Some newer flash drives have built-in encryption. Windows users should look into using something like TrueCrypt(http://www.truecrypt.org/)
2. Password protect sensitive documents
3. Put it on a lanyard or key chain
4. Create a document that will have your email contact
5. Check new products coming out with PIN's such as Corsair' Flash Padlock (http://www.corsair.com/products/padlock.aspx)
