It is available on the web, in a travelling van called, Court Mobile, and at the Self Service Center, Superior Court 99 Notre Dame Ave., San Jose (408)882-2900 ext. 2926, Monday-Friday from 8:30-4. First come, first served. Plan to arrive before 8 a.m. due to the number of people needing assistance.Small Claims Court information is one type of legal information found at the Self Service Center.
